Daily Automotive News
The Nikkan Jidosha Shimbun, also known under its English name of Daily Automotive News, is a specialized daily industry trade newspaper covering the automotive industry in Japanese language.
Published since 1929, the Nikkan Jidosha Shimbun has a circulation of 125,000 copies per day, making it the largest specialized paper for the automotive industry worldwide.
The newspaper provides in-depth coverage of the automotive industry, with topics ranging from car manufacturers and parts suppliers to equipment and production technologies, physical distribution, the regulatory environment and recycling.
Launched in 2017, JapanAutomotiveDaily.com is the online English-language edition of Nikkan Jidosha Shimbun. It is a rare English-language information source dedicated to reporting on Japan's automotive industry. JapanAutomotiveDaily.com is published in partnership with Japan Industry News.
